We're looking for a People & Culture Adviser to join our growing team, supporting colleagues, managers and leaders across MAB and, over time, our wider group businesses.

What you'll be doing
With around 60% of your time focused on employee relations, you'll be a trusted Adviser to managers, providing practical support and guidance on areas including performance, conduct, absence, grievances and capability.
- Support managers through performance and appraisal cycles
- Provide advice on policies, procedures and HR best practice
- Keep the business up to date with employment law and legislative changes
- Analyse people data and identify trends and insights
- Build reports and support process and workflow improvements
- Contribute to People & Culture projects and initiatives that enhance the colleague experience

You’ll already have experience
You’ll have experience in an HR Adviser or similar role and be confident managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience coaching and supporting managers
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
- Experience using people data, reporting and HR systems (Cascade/IRIS would be an advantage)
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (Level 5 or working towards is preferred)
