At Brook Financial Services, we’re proud to be the largest Appointed Representative within Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) and part of The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) – the UK’s leading estate agency franchisor. We’re now looking for an exceptional Regional Director to help shape the next stage of our journey in the Midlands.
What’s the role all about? You’ll work closely with a dedicated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive adviser growth and performance. Your focus? Recruiting, developing, and supporting self-employed mortgage and protection advisers across your region – creating the conditions they need to succeed.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading regional recruitment efforts to attract high-quality advisers into the Brook Group.
- Supporting and coaching your BDM to meet growth and relationship objectives.
- Helping advisers grow their businesses – from boosting protection sales to improving case size and client conversion.
- Building strong relationships with our estate agency partners within TPFG to create referral opportunities.
- Using performance insights and a commercial mindset to identify areas of untapped growth.
- Encouraging innovation in marketing, lead generation, and, optionally, AI tools to boost adviser success.
What you bring:
- Experience in adviser recruitment or field-based leadership within financial services, mortgages, or protection.
- Strong people skills – you know how to build trust, influence outcomes, and lead through others.
- Commercial focus with a passion for business growth and adviser development.
- Interest in marketing and technology is welcome, especially if you enjoy exploring new ways to support your region.
Why Brook?
We’re part of TPFG, the UK’s largest estate agency franchising group, giving you unrivalled access to high-quality lead generation. Backed by MAB, we offer top-tier tech, support, and infrastructure to help you – and your team – succeed. You’ll be part of a close-knit senior team with national support, while also having the freedom to make a real impact in your region. We prioritise our people: with regular in-person reviews, national conferences, high achievers’ trips, and a strong culture of recognition and development.
“This is a role for someone passionate about growing businesses – not just their own, but those of the advisers they support.” – Karina, National Sales Director
