Are you a natural connector who thrives on spotting talent, building relationships, and driving growth? At Brook Financial Services, we're proud to be the largest appointed representative within Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) and part of The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) – the UK's leading estate agency franchising group. Now, we're looking for a passionate Recruiter to help us bring the best advisers and firms into our growing business.
What's the role?
This isn’t a typical in-house recruiter role. You’ll act more like a headhunter and growth partner, identifying employed and self-employed mortgage and protection advisers (and firms) who are ready for something better. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to drive our recruitment strategy, reach the right people, and show them why Brook is where they can truly thrive.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively headhunting quality advisers and small firms ready to join a forward-thinking network.
- Telling the Brook story – from our powerful lead generation and MAB tech, to the unrivalled support and culture we offer.
- Managing the full recruitment journey: sourcing, screening, relationship building, handover, and check-ins.
- Building strong internal relationships with Regional Directors and BDMs to align growth needs.
- Keeping your pipeline sharp and your CRM organised.
- Contributing ideas for recruitment marketing and social outreach.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in recruitment, headhunting, or financial services BDM work.
- A confident, relationship-first approach — you’re credible, warm, and commercially savvy.
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and on social media or video.
- Organised and self-motivated in a remote working environment.
- Background in mortgages or protection is a bonus, but not essential.
What you’ll get:
- £30,000–£40,000 basic, depending on experience.
- OTE £50k–£55k through performance bonuses.
- Remote working with flexible hours.
- Company benefits and access to the full MAB & TPFG infrastructure.
- Access to LinkedIn Hiring Enterprise Programme.
- A truly rewarding role: you’re not filling jobs, you’re helping build careers and businesses.
Easy Apply now, and let’s talk about how you could help shape the future of Brook.
