Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based in Barnsley, this role is vital in supporting our clients through their mortgage journey, ensuring smooth and efficient service aligned with our company's mission of delivering outstanding financial guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee client cases from initiation to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Assess client needs and provide tailored mortgage advice in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of case progress and outcomes.
