Field-based | Covering Bristol & surrounding area | Full-time £37,000 base + car allowance + uncapped recruitment bonus. Realistic OTE £55,000+ (uncapped earning potential).

We are looking for an energetic, people-focused Business Development Manager to drive adviser recruitment and performance across the Bristol region.

As a BDM at Brook, you will be at the heart of our expansion, attracting new talent, supporting existing advisers, and working closely with local estate agency offices within the TPFG network to fuel growth.

  • Recruit top-quality self-employed mortgage and protection advisers into the Brook Group.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with TPFG brand partners to generate high-quality leads.
  • Guide advisers to increase their case size, improve protection sales, and grow their businesses.
  • Host regular check-ins, performance reviews, and share best practices across your network.

We are looking for someone with:

  • BDM or field sales experience in financial services, mortgages, or protection.
  • Confidence in recruitment and relationship management, with a passion for adviser development.
  • Commercial awareness and comfort using performance data to guide strategy.
