We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Advisor to join our team in our Barnsley office. This role plays a vital part in helping clients navigate their mortgage options and achieve their homeownership dreams. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional financial guidance.
Responsibilities- Assess clients' financial situations to determine suitable mortgage options.
- Provide expert advice on mortgage products, interest rates, and lending criteria.
- Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and new mortgage products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support.
- Collaborate with lenders and other financial professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Promote the company's services through professional communication and customer engagement.
- CeMAP 1,2 and 3 qualified or in progress.
- Proven experience or strong interest in financial services or mortgage advising.
- Basic math skills for accurate calculations and assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A professional attitude with a commitment to customer service.
- Knowledge of industry regulations is a plus but not mandatory.
