We are seeking an experienced Systems Configuration Analyst to support the understanding, documentation, and transition of legacy traffic management system configurations. These systems have evolved over 30 years and underpin critical roadside services, including variable message signage and traffic monitoring. This role is central to a multi-year modernisation programme and focuses on baselining existing configurations and supporting their migration into new platforms. It is a high-level, analytical role, requiring strong systems thinking and confidence working with suppliers and stakeholders, rather than hands-on technical delivery.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience analysing, capturing, and presenting complex information from multiple sources
  • Strong experience designing processes or tools to manage systems configuration data
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management skills, including advising and working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in complex environments with multiple priorities and external suppliers
