Now, our high-performing Rail division in Manchester is looking for an organised, proactive, and driven Business Support Administrator to join the team. This isn’t just admin. Your mission
You’ll be a key support to our Rail recruitment team helping everything run like clockwork.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping everything in sync.
- Coordinate our workers, payroll, planning shifts, booking accommodation, and logistics.
- Chase orders, timesheets, shift and key information.
- Onboarding new workers, proving relevant checks, planning for audits.
- Ensuring compliance excellence.
- Manage documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Supporting payroll coordination and ensuring our workers are paid on time and correctly.
- Planning shifts and completing compliance checks.
- Owning the detail.
- Maintain systems, track data, and keep everything organised.
- Use Excel and internal databases to manage critical information.
- Supporting team success.
- Handle the crucial behind-the-scenes work that allows consultants to perform at their best.
