This role will be responsible for developing and managing a competitive, transparent, and sustainable supply chain while supporting strategic procurement initiatives across a global business environment.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you will drive productivity, supplier performance, quality improvements, and sourcing excellence to support key business objectives.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, commodity management, or project management within a complex global organisation.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract negotiation expertise.
- Proven experience managing supplier relationships and sourcing activities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and present procurement data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within a global supplier network and matrix organisation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards would be advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.
- MBA or other advanced qualification desirable.
