Hours: Monday to Friday, initially 8 hour days then site will likely operate to 10 hours once the work properly starts Day Rate: Inside IR35 (umbrella) Overview We are looking for an experienced Setting Out Engineer to support two major foundation projects based at Ilford Depot. Key Responsibilities * Setting out for major foundation and civils works. * Supporting piling operations and ensuring works are delivered to specification. * Setting out and monitoring reinforced concrete structures. * Working closely with site teams, subcontractors and project managers. * Quality checks, measurements and as-built records. * Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with project requirements. Essential Experience * Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer or Site Engineer. * Strong background in complex reinforced concrete works. * Experience working on large foundation projects. Knowledge of: * Piling * Shuttering/Formwork * Concrete pours * Reinforcement works * Experience working on major civils, infrastructure or industrial projects. * Ability to work in busy environments with heavy plant and vehicle movements
