Due to continued project wins and a strong pipeline of work, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive rail sector experience to join their successful commercial team. Our client is a highly respected consultancy within the rail industry, having delivered some of the UK's largest engineering and infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Extensive Quantity Surveying experience within the rail sector.
- Strong cost management and commercial expertise.
- Experience with tendering, bidding and project costing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
