Construction Manager (Rail/Civils) Manchester/West Yorkshire Long Term Contract (inside IR35) £450-£550 per day Our client is currently sourcing an experience Rail/Civils Construction Manager from their Manchester Office (covering West Yorkshire sites) on a long-term contract basis (inside IR35) Working with the Lineside Civils team your responsibilities will be: To adhere to the company policies, processes, principles and guidelines as applicable Responsible for planning the project activities.

This includes defining methodology for complete execution, considering timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Develop a detailed schedule, outlining when each task should occur.

This ensures that the project progresses smoothly and stays on track.

Responsible for identifying and managing potential risks that could affect project execution.

Construction managers conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Prioritizing safety on-site, implementing safety protocols and monitoring adherence to safety standards to prevent accidents and promote a secure working environment.

Responsible for the submission of accurate site records to enable effective monitoring of programme and cost plans as requested to agreed format as applicable.
