Your Role:
As a Trainee Trainer, you’ll:
- Deliver Small Plant Training, progressing to Track Safety Skills Training in line with RTAS rules and company procedures.
- Inspire and engage learners with high-quality, technical, safety, and vocational training.
- Evaluate courses and recommend improvements to ensure a best-in-class learning experience.
- Utilize innovative tools and methods to provide a mix of classroom and field-based training.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years’ operational experience at the Controller of Site Safety (COSS) level.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with learners.
- Enthusiasm for personal and professional development.
- A genuine passion for motivating others and helping them achieve their goals.
Desirable:
- Experience as a Track Foreman, Track Chargeman, or Operational Supervisor.
- A history of charity work, volunteering, or extracurricular activities that showcase your commitment to making a difference.
