The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Training Coordinator to deliver a Managed Learner Service to our prestigious client, Scottish Power. In this pivotal role, you\’ll plan, coordinate, and communicate training and assessment events while working with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
Your Role Will Include:
- Training Coordination: Organise and book training sessions, issue timely joining instructions, and manage the logistics of delivery within budget and compliance standards.
- Client Communication: Build strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to queries and attending face-to-face meetings to align on requirements.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain real-time, accurate data in the booking system, track events, and compile compliance documentation for client reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster productive relationships with internal and external partners to meet operational and contractual goals.
