- HR Business Partner
- Up to £60,000 + company electric vehicle or car allowance £6,000
- Based from Worksop site (S81 0QD) with travel across North Based sites
- Office based role

This is a strategic and hands‑on role where youll partner with business leaders to drive performance, develop talent, lead organisational change and create a positive employee experience.
As a trusted advisor, youll play a key role in shaping and delivering people initiatives that support business growth, operational excellence and a high‑performing culture.
The Role
- Partner with operational leaders to deliver people strategies that support business objectives and drive performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach, providing expert guidance on people-related matters and developing leadership capability.
- Lead workforce planning, organisational design and change initiatives to ensure the business is prepared for future growth.
- Drive talent management and succession planning activities, helping to build leadership capability and critical skills across the organisation.
- Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and continuous improvement, creating an environment where people can thrive.
- Lead complex employee relations matters, including Employment Tribunal cases, while supporting industrial relations activity, union engagement and collective bargaining where applicable.
- Support performance management, reward and recognition initiatives that encourage high performance and employee retention.
- Work closely with Learning & Development teams to ensure training solutions meet operational and organisational needs.
- Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform decision‑making and improve workforce effectiveness.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and remain compliant with employment legislation and company standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider HR function to deliver a consistent, high-quality service and drive continuous improvement.
- Promote and champion a strong health and safety culture across all sites.
About you
- Strong experience as HR Generalist
- Good experience working in operational, manufacturing, and distribution environments
- Worked with Unions and with unrepresented Operational teams including on legacy working agreements and practises
- Experienced leading complex ER cases up to ET
- Experienced leading collective consultation on changes in working practises at local sites
- Broader experience leading operational team, including in topics like talent, engagement, inclusion, performance, wellbeing and communications
- Experience of supporting customer and 3rd party audits
- Able to travel within region and wider across UK-wide sites
- Numerate, analytical and IT literate to be able to analyse complex data
- CIPD qualified or equivalent degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
