Morson are partnering with a fantastic business north of Hull who are looking for a HR Administrator to join the team on a fixed term contract. This can be a full or part time role offering a salary of £25,000 FTE. You will work from the office 4 days a week with 1 day working from home.

The purpose of the role is to support the HR team with all administrative duties:

  • Support the HR Advisor with day-to-day activity surrounding recruitment, ER and admin
  • Management of the HR database ensuring all information is up to date and compliant
  • Ownership of all employee checks including references, new starter packs, right to work and DBS checks
  • Manage the probation tracker
  • Support with any HR projects such as employee recognition and engagement activities
  • Note-take in any Employee Relations meetings
  • Support on any payroll processing as required

Experience of working as a HR Administrator within a busy business is essential. CIPD Level 3 qualified or relevant experience is preferred. Good relationship building skills with managers at all levels and good data management skills are also required.

Contract duration: 9 – 12 months FTC
