We're supporting a UK client in hiring a hands-on Azure Cloud Security Architect for an initial 6-month contract. This is a technically deep role focused on securing systems end-to-end — across infrastructure, code, data, identity, and specialist hardware integrations.

  • Layered Security Architecture
  • Defence-in-depth across Azure IaaS/PaaS, networking, databases, and applications
  • Zero Trust design, RBAC, encryption, secure configuration
  • Source Code & IP Protection
  • Secure source control and hardened CI/CD pipelines
  • Secrets scanning, artefact signing, binary protection
  • Mitigation of reverse engineering risks
  • Identity, Licensing & Secrets Management
  • Azure AD / Entra ID architecture
  • Managed identities, PIM, Conditional Access
  • Key Vault, HSM-backed key storage
  • Enterprise-grade licensing enforcement models
  • Specialist Hardware Security
  • Secure integration of vaulted/encrypted USB devices
  • Controlled endpoint access and secure data egress
  • Hardware-aligned cloud identity enforcement

We're Looking For:

  • Proven Azure Cloud Security Architecture experience
  • Strong DevSecOps and application security background
  • Deep knowledge of encryption, IAM, and secure design principles
  • Experience in high-security or IP-sensitive environments
  • Hands-on
  • Fully remote (UK-based candidates only).
