About the Role Morson Talent is delighted to be working with one of the UK\'s leading renewable energy companies to recruit skilled Wind Turbine Technicians for multiple wind farm sites. As a Wind Turbine Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe operation, maintenance, and optimisation of wind turbines. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about renewable energy who want to work at the forefront of the industry. Key Responsibilities Perform planned and reactive maintenance on wind turbines and associated equipment Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults Carry out component replacements, retrofits, and upgrades Conduct safety inspections, torque checks, and lubrication tasks Use SCADA and other monitoring systems to track turbine performance Work safely at height and in varying weather conditions Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities About You Previous experience in wind turbine maintenance or transferable mechanical/electrical engineering background Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND, or equivalent) GWO certification (Working at Height, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling) desirable HV experience advantageous but not essential Strong commitment to health & safety and teamwork Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites What\'s on Offer Competitive salary Opportunities for training, GWO certification, and career development Work in a supportive, safety-focused team environment How to Apply Please email your CV to (url removed)
