Are you a friendly and organised individual who enjoys working with the public? We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team at Carsington Water Visitor Centre for the summer season!
Contract Details:
- Start: Immediate
- Pay: £14 per hour
- Location: Carsington Water, Derby
- Hours: Must be available to work 2 weekends out of 4
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming visitors to the centre and providing excellent customer service
- Handling face-to-face and telephone enquiries
- Managing booking systems and diary appointments
- Supporting the front desk and day-to-day visitor operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident communicator, both in person and on the phone
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable multitasking
- Friendly and approachable with a customer-first mindset
- Reliable and able to commit to weekend working
- Driving licence and own car required (location cannot be reched on public transport)
