Temporary Front of House Receptionist £13.30 per hour Full-Time Immediate Start Location: The Colmore Building, Birmingham, B4 6AT We are recruiting a Front of House Receptionist for a full-time temporary position, running until 7th February 2025. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, professionalism, and a passion for creating a welcoming environment. Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 am – 5:30 pm Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour The Role: As a Front of House Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all visitors. You will provide a warm welcome, manage meeting room bookings, and maintain a tidy and well-organised reception area. Key Responsibilities: Manage visitor bookings, pre-registration, and health and safety inductions. Provide a professional and friendly welcome, assisting with WiFi, refreshments, and cloakroom services. Ensure meeting rooms are set up correctly, including AV equipment checks and consumables replenishment. Book and manage hospitality arrangements, including refreshments and lunches. Liaise with contractors and maintain access control systems. Handle queries regarding local amenities, travel, and other guest needs. Key Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to stay organised and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and professional approach to customer service.
