Deskside & Technology Support Analyst (Contract) – Manchester Location: Manchester (on-site, 5 days/week) Duration: 6 months (ASAP start) Rate: £35/hour (Inside IR35, on payroll) My client is seeking a highly motivated Deskside & Technology Support Analyst to join their team in Manchester. This is a site-based temporary role supporting end-users and managing 2nd line technical support within a fast-paced, professional environment. Deploy, track, and maintain IT hardware and assets • Set up new sites or projects in the local region • Maintain equipment rooms and conference facilities • Act as an escalation point and support other team members • Use ServiceNow for stock and ticket management • Support the Desk Side Team Lead and provide holiday/absence cover Minimum 4 years\’ experience in corporate IT support ✔ Working knowledge of Excel and data analysis ✔ Valid UK driving license (travel required across other offices) Microsoft Certification âž• ITIL V3/4 Foundation âž• Experience with ServiceNow âž•
