Overview: We are supporting Rolls-Royce SMR in hiring a Resourcing Partner to join their recruitment team on a 6-month contract basis. Reporting directly into the Head of Talent, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and is passionate about delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and shortlist high volumes of applications across a range of roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to support their recruitment needs
- Manage recruitment administration and ensure accurate tracking via ATS (Workday)
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process, maintaining a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews and feedback processes
- Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in line with internal processes and compliance requirements
About You:
- Proven in-house recruitment experience is essential
- Strong administrative skills with experience handling high application volumes
- Comfortable using ATS systems, ideally Workday
- Knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, from role brief through to offer
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ideally experienced in recruiting within engineering or technical environments
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
