We're working in partnership with a well‑established FMCG manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Reliability Manager for a key engineering leadership role. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and develop a team of multi‑skilled engineers, driving improvements in plant reliability, safety and performance within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You'll play a central role in delivering the site engineering strategy through effective planned, reactive and corrective maintenance.

You'll be responsible for managing and motivating an engineering team to deliver safe, reliable and high‑performing plant operations while embedding a strong reliability and continuous improvement culture.

Key responsibilities include:
