Job title: Onboarding Lead Start date: ASAP End date: Feb 27 We\'re seeking User Onboarding Leads to join our Network Services team and play a crucial role in the Emergency Services Network (ESN) programme. This is a unique opportunity to work on a transformative project that will modernise the communication systems of the UK\'s Emergency Services and Blue Light sectors, helping to enhance public safety and operational efficiency. We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team in a variety of roles, with opportunities for both long-term and project-based positions. We\'re leading the way in digital transformation—developing innovative networks and systems that keep the UK\'s critical infrastructure connected and protected 24/7. What You\'ll Do: Report to ESN leadership team and work collaboratively with the User Onboarding Coordinators for your allocated stakeholders. Responsible for ensuring that user enrolment and technical onboarding services are successfully delivered on time, within budget, and meet ESN programme milestones for your allocated stakeholders. To ensure successful delivery, on site presence will be required at clients Sites which could be up to 60% of your week. Responsible for delivering the Programme\'s requirements for their stakeholders to Transition from Airwave to the Emergency Services Network (ESN) within the timescale and to the standards set by the User Services delivery leads. Explain to user organisation\'s what\'s expected in terms of Readiness Assessment and assure the effectiveness of the Readiness Assessment Service within each Service Recipient Plan. Provide a single point of contact for senior leaders and governance within each stakeholder group, and assist in coordinating and integrating Programme interfaces, dependencies and resources related to Readiness and Transition Identify, map and build effective working relationships with user organisation leadership teams, Readiness and Transition points of contact and ensure a common understanding of Programme requirements for Transition Represent User Services with the 3ES regional representatives, promoting collaborative engagement and coordination. Establish effective governance and management of Transition at Group (tactical) level as necessary to meet the DP\'s requirements for planning, assurance and tracking and reporting of Transition Who You Are: Experienced programme / project stakeholder engagement professional with substantial expertise in milestone delivery as part of a major Government or Emergency Services programme Established background of delivery with Emergency Services stakeholders including a proven track record of engaging at senior leadership level within an emergency services programme / project delivery environment Strong communicator, capable of engaging stakeholders from an operational, tactical or strategic background and senior management within the Programme and User Services supply eco system Thorough understanding of the ESN ecosystem, Airwave service, and its critical role in Emergency Services operations. Extensive experience in leading collaborative activity with users from the emergency services and other public safety service recipients. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate and resolve blockages to delivery in complex programmes. An ability to utilise project management tools and applications in support of planning, tracking and reporting activities in addition to producing user briefing materials Significant experience of working as part of team to engage multiple ESN stakeholders with diverse delivery support requirements.
