Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday 8:15 - 5:15 working from home days, flexibility on the office days, can start at 9am if needed and work until 5:30 if you've been in for 9am.
Morson Edge is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Product Administrator to support their Product Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator to support a fast-paced product team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating artwork updates, ensuring accuracy across product materials, and supporting wider team administration.
Role Purpose
The Product Administrator will be responsible for coordinating the artwork management process, acting as the key link between internal stakeholders and the design team. This role will ensure all artwork updates are accurately captured, communicated, and delivered in line with business requirements. In addition, the role will provide general administrative support and assist with competitor monitoring and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Artwork Management Coordination
- Collect and organise artwork change requests from internal stakeholders
- Compile artwork amends into clear, structured briefs for the design team
- Coordinate with design teams and track progress of artwork updates
- Review updated artwork files to ensure requested changes have been accurately implemented
- Circulate artwork internally for feedback and manage follow-up amends
- Prepare and provide final artwork files for internal review and approval
- Provide general administrative and organisational support to the Product Management team
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support team coordination and project tracking activities
- Assist with competitor research and monitoring activities
- Compile and organise competitor information for internal review
- Support reporting and analysis to help inform product decisions
Skills and Experience Required
Essential:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
