Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic to support the F-35 programme at RAF Marham – the only location in the UK where you can work on this platform. This is a position within a modern, well‑controlled maintenance environment, supporting one of the most advanced aircraft in service. The work is varied, the standards are high, and the programme itself offers long‑term stability. You’ll be joining a capable, close‑knit team operating in a fast‑paced but structured setting, where consistency, compliance, and competence are key. Key Responsibilities Carry out aircraft maintenance in line with Approved Technical Information and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate airworthiness records and documentation Identify, report, and elevate technical issues or discrepancies Comply with all maintenance procedures and organisational standards Apply Human Factors and Error Management principles Support Continuing Airworthiness Assurance activities Undertake inspections, repairs, modifications, and fault rectification Remove, install, and test aircraft components and systems Requirements Proven experience working within EASA/MRP Part 145 environments Experience supporting complex military aircraft programmesCompleted Engineering Apprenticeship (Aeronautical preferred) or equivalent military training City
