An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment & Early Careers Coordinator to join a fast-growing, highly ambitious professional services environment based in the heart of Newcastle. This role is ideal for someone with recruitment coordination or early careers experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners, you'll support the delivery of graduate, internship and apprenticeship hiring programmes while helping to build strong talent pipelines across early careers markets.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end early careers recruitment processes for graduates, apprentices and interns
- Support attraction strategies and outreach initiatives with schools, colleges and universities
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment administration through the ATS
- Coordinate interviews, assessment centres and onboarding activities
- Attend careers fairs and campus events to support employer branding initiatives
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and recruitment partners
- Support programme administration including inductions, schedules and feedback processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance candidate experience and recruitment efficiency
- 1-2 years' recruitment coordination or recruitment administration experience within a corporate or professional services environment
- Early careers recruitment experience is desirable
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset
- Degree educated preferred
