We're supporting a high-growth, fast-paced organisation in Newcastle in the search for an ambitious HR Business Partner to join their expanding people team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys operating in a commercially focused environment, partnering closely with stakeholders and contributing to both operational and strategic HR initiatives. Working on site as part of a collaborative and high-performing culture, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience while supporting managers across a broad range of HR matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and employees to provide day-to-day HR guidance and support across a range of people matters
- Support talent management, performance and development processes across the business
- Manage employee relations cases including performance, absence and conduct matters
- Coordinate and facilitate core HR processes including transfers, onboarding, training requests and leavers
- Contribute to HR projects, policy reviews, engagement initiatives and process improvements
- Produce reporting and analysis to support business and people decisions
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, acting as a trusted HR partner
About You
- 3-5 years' experience within an HR Generalist, HR Advisor, HR Analyst or HR Business Partner role
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Degree educated preferred
