Title: Buyer Determination: Inside IR35 (Umbrella) Contract Length: 6 months (opportunity to go perm) 4 days on site – Friday WFH Undertakes activities to ensure the efficient and effective procurement of a defined portfolio of goods and services. Ensuring that all tasks are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and to meet our customers regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities • Operational buying of goods and services. • Negotiates and develops formal supply agreements and ensure compliance for an agreed portfolio of goods and services. • Maintain supplier relationships to deliver safe, secure, ethical, and cost-effective supply base. • Undertakers spend analysis to identify supply side risks and savings opportunities for a defined portfolio and agrees actions with manager. • Conducts research on potential suppliers and vendors. • Involved with continuous improvement to ensure the alignment of the procurement portfolio with business and operational strategies. • Provide monthly/quarterly price updates. • Support normal vendor assessments. • Supports internal / external audits. • To take on any other relevant tasks as required.
