Develop a roadmap for a process driven approach to upgrading fleet software controls, standardisation of vehicle types and transition to EV. Develop whole life cost models for fleet types and explore best value ownership options for the business. • Provide direction for Fleet asset management for 3 sites with strong forecast growth, incorporating multiple assets and facilities managing circa 60m pax per annum. • Fleet numbers across 3 sites circa 600. • Value of asset base for each site is in the range of £1.5bn – £2.5bn. • Corporate target is to transition its fleet to ULEV by 2030.
