As part of an evolving finance structure, we are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Finance Manager to become a key strategic business partner, supporting a significant operational portfolio within a large, complex organisation.

The Opportunity
Working closely with senior operational and finance stakeholders, you will provide commercial insight, challenge performance and help drive profitability across a substantial business area.
Responsibilities are likely to include
- Leading monthly management reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
- Providing commercial analysis to identify risks, opportunities and performance improvements.
- Supporting senior leadership through financial insight and business partnering.
- Challenging operational performance to maximise profitability and cost efficiency.
- Monitoring revenue, margins, labour expenditure and overhead recovery.
- Supporting commercial negotiations, contract changes and pricing decisions.
- Maintaining strong financial controls, governance and compliance.
- Producing financial models, investment appraisals and business cases.
- Working collaboratively with FP&A, Commercial, Procurement and Shared Services teams.
- Driving continuous improvement across reporting, processes and financial performance.
- Supporting internal and external audit activity where required.
- Coaching and developing members of the wider finance team.
About You
