Maintenance MDS Administrator £21.97p/hr PAYE 12 Months Brize Norton 35 hours per week (4.5 days between 7am &7pm) Inside IR35 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance MDS Administrator to join our clients team. The Maintenance MDS Administrator will play a key role in managing and maintaining the digital maintenance documentation system (MDS) to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all maintenance records. This role involves close collaboration with maintenance technicians and other stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Role Responsibilities • Create and manage component assets and link associated airworthiness data. • Accurately enter and update maintenance data into the digital system. • Review and verify maintenance records for completeness and accuracy. • Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure timely and accurate data entry. • Assist in developing and maintaining procedures for digital data entry. • Generate and distribute maintenance reports as required by management and regulatory authorities. • Perform regular audits of digital records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Ensure all data aligns with aviation regulations, including EASA and FAA standards. • Manage tasks and projects as delegated by management to support the maintenance operation\’s goal Typical Knowledge, Skills, and Qualification Requirements Essential • Proficiency with data entry software and digital record-keeping systems. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Effective time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Desirable • Previous experience in aircraft maintenance or aviation data management. • Familiarity with aviation regulations and compliance standards (e.g., EASA, FAA). • Advanced skills in Google Office Suite, particularly Google Sheets.
