Morson are currently partnering with a fantastic professional services organisation who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team. This is a full-time permanent position offering up to £40,000 DOE. One of the biggest attractions of this role is the genuine flexibility around office attendance. There are no mandated office days - the business simply asks that you’re based within commuting distance of either office, with flexibility around whether you attend weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

As a HR Advisor, you will be assigned a key business area within the organisation and be their dedicated HR Advisor. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers
  • Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, escalating more complex matters where required
  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coach, influence and challenge stakeholders across the business
  • Produce and analyse HR data and reporting
  • Work closely with the wider HR team to ensure best practice and keep up to date with employment law developments

Our client is looking for someone with:

  • Strong employment law knowledge and experience of managing employee relations cases
  • Experience of working within a professional services environment such as Law, Financial Services, Consultancy, or similar
  • Ability to coach, influence and support stakeholders at all levels

The package includes:

  • Salary between £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + additional days off over Christmas
