If so, we want to hear from you! We’re hiring Customer Service Advisors to join a busy Domestic Sales & Service team based in Birchwood, Warrington. What We’re Offering Salary: £24,500 (pro rata) + bonus (OTE £400 per month) Location: Birchwood Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm 2 in 4 Saturday mornings (with a half-day off in lieu) Contract: Fixed-term until the end of March 2025 Your Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting and growing a domestic customer base by: Delivering outstanding customer experiences across calls, email, web chat, and other channels. Cross-selling and upselling products to meet customer needs and maximize sales. Managing customer inquiries and objections with empathy and professionalism.
