Job Responsibilities
- Carrying out a range of ILS activities, in particular, Supportability Analysis, Reliability and Maintainability (R&M), Supply Support and Maintenance
- Influencing the product design to enhance in-service supportability
- Designing and developing the support solution for the product
- Supporting bid programmes by analysing the ILS requirements, estimating ILS level of effort for costing purposes and writing bid proposals
- Carrying out a package of work and ensuring that it is delivered within the budget and to schedule.

- Spares Analysis
- Maintenance analysis

- Reliability analysis
- Working knowledge of relevant defence standards including Def Stan 00-600 and Def Stan 00-40 Series
- Knowledge of the Defence Logistics Framework (DLF)
- Awareness of standards: Mil Std 1388-2B, Mil Std 1629A, Mil Hdbk472, Mil Std 785, Mil Std 756 and Mil Std 470
- Knowledge of Logistic Information Repositories (LIRs), OPUS 10, PTC Windchill and ARM tools
