We are working with a well-established and highly respected manufacturing organisation operating within a specialist engineering environment. Due to continued growth and a focus on operational excellence, they are looking to appoint a Manufacturing Coordinator to support their manufacturing function.
This position plays a key role in supporting senior leadership and the wider manufacturing team through accurate data collection, reporting, and coordination activities. You will be responsible for producing KPI reports, maintaining production data, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, helping to drive performance and efficiency across the operation.
- Collect, consolidate, and verify production data from multiple sources (e.g. ERP systems, Excel, manual reports)
- Maintain and manage databases and spreadsheets for operational tracking and reporting
- Work closely with team leaders and supervisors to ensure accurate and timely data input
- Identify trends, anomalies, and performance issues, escalating where required
- Support the preparation of presentations and reporting packs for performance reviews
- Assist with administrative duties such as document control, scheduling, and record keeping
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or operational support role
- Strong data handling and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret and present information clearly
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)
- SAP and PowerPoint skills for presenting data and insights
- Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools is advantageous
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to interpret data, identify issues, and support decision-making
- Consistently meets deadlines and maintains high-quality output
