We are supporting a global leader within the financial services software consultancy sector and are looking for a HR Operations Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.

Salary and Package:

  • Between £45,000 - £55,000 PA
  • 25 days holiday
  • 10% target bonus – no upper threshold
  • Private health care (Bupa)
  • Pension – we match 5%+5% and 6%+6%
  • Life assurance

Location: Based in Newcastle, on site 5 days per week.

The Role:

  • Administrator of our HRIS (Workday), ensuring HR processes (e.g., data input, employee lifecycle workflows) are operationally timely and accurate.
  • Support the implementation of HR process changes within Workday to improve efficiency, automation, or reporting where applicable.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers on system updates, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain strong data governance to enable accurate and up-to-date HR data reporting and workforce analytics.
  • Execute the day‑to‑day processes that fall within the employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, benefits administration, offboarding).
  • Contribute to process improvements within HR Operations, supporting efforts to standardise and streamline workflows.
  • Document existing and improved HR processes, workflows, and policies to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to review and refine HR processes to align with business objectives.
  • Ensure all HR operational processes align with local laws and internal company policies.
  • Generate and manage HR documentation, including offer letters and service agreements.
  • First point of contact for employees and managers with HR operational queries, providing accurate and consistent guidance and applying judgement to escalations where required.

What Makes a Great Candidate:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Analyst role.
  • Minimum academic requirements of 2:1 Bachelor’s degree from a Russell Group university with strong A-level grades (or international equivalents).
