Morson are currently partnering with a family-run business based in Malton to recruit for a HR Advisor. This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary of up to £37,000pa. This role will be based from the Malton office with 1 day per week working from home. The HR Advisor will work in a true generalist capacity reporting into the Managing Director of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Employee Relations cases
- Coach and support Line Managers
- Manage all recruitment activity from start to finish
- Take ownership of any HR projects and strategic HR initiatives
- Support on payroll activities
- Deliver training on a range of HR topics
- Manage and utilise accurate HR data and metrics
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a similar role as a HR Generalist
- Good employment law knowledge with experience of managing an ER caseload
- CIPD qualified
