We have an urgent need for HR Admin resources for what is expected to be a minimum term of 12 months. Role Purpose To focus on maintaining the company’s HR IT Systems to a high degree of accuracy and to tight timescales. To provide administrative support to the HR Team as directed. Key Responsibilities Maintenance of HR IT Systems in relation to the following: New Starts Leavers Employee Details Updates Salary Job Title Cost Centre Changes Org Charts and reporting lines • To prepare and progress standard employment documentation in respect of new starts, changes, leavers etc. including updating of the HR IT Systems. • To ensure that contract amendments in respect of promotions and transfers are prepared and issued timeously in conjunction with line managers. • To produce ad-hoc reports as directed including regular system audits to ensure data accuracy across HRIS platform suite. • As the above list of duties is illustrative and not exhaustive, the post holder may be required to undertake any other duties consistent with the role as directed. Knowledge, Skills and Experience • Candidate must be competent in the use of MS Office suite • HR Systems skill are preferred, particularly HR SAP, Workday and Dayforce • Robust administrative background, preferably in HR • Excellent communication skills • Excellent organisational skills • Must possess excellent attention to detail • Ability to work at pace and across multiple systems simultaneously • Ability to prioritise own workload when competing time pressures exist • Good team player and flexible approach Decision Making Authority • Takes direction from manager on workload and priorities but works on own initiative where work is routine or where processes are well established. • Limited decision making normally within scope of own role or within the immediate team, e.g. workload prioritisation, exercising discretion over a choice of a number of actions. • Decisions impacting others within and external to the team will be approved by line manager.
