My Client is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the testing strategy and delivery for an innovative new customer-facing digital project. This role will play a critical part in ensuring quality, stability, and readiness across multiple testing phases, while also supporting structured external customer engagement.

You will manage and oversee the full testing lifecycle, including:

  • Unit Testing
  • System Integration Testing
  • Pre-UAT
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Product Acceptance Testing

Collaborate with IS, delivery partners, and business units to develop comprehensive test scripts. Define and manage detailed testing schedules aligned to overall project timelines and resource availability. Oversee execution of all testing phases, ensuring full documentation and adherence to agreed plans. Capture backlog and roadmap items identified during testing in partnership with the Product Owner. Design and manage execution of complex software test programmes involving multiple integrated components. Deliver testing services within Agile project environments. Manage testing for innovation-led or evolving development initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are required, along with the ability to bring clarity and structure to evolving or innovation-led projects. Experience testing solutions involving one or more of the following platforms: Salesforce, SAP.
