Morson Edge is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our client in Deeside on a temporary basis of roughly 6 months. You will be supporting managers with a range of employee relations and case management matters as well as providing practical HR advice, managing complex cases, supporting hearings and investigations, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience handling complex HR and employee relations cases
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • CIPD qualification desirable

On offer is an hourly rate of £20.51 via Umbrella. As this is a temporary role it requires a proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
