EC&I Inspector

EC&I Inspector , Contract , Reading Main Purpose: The role exists in order to develop and implement site quality arrangements across all aspects of site activities (e.g. Installation, Commissioning, Operations) in support of the overall project lifecycle. The EC&I Inspector is responsible for ensuring that activities (e.g. audits) are undertaken to establish the implementation status of the above arrangements and the reporting of such information. Must be from a Nuclear background. 18th Edition required as the role is electrical Key Result Areas: – Developing and implementing site quality arrangements. – Proactively supporting and advising on all aspects of quality on site, including risks and issues. – Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with both internal and external Customers. – As required, ensuring quality requirements are defined and implemented as part of the site induction and training process. – Establishing effective communication channels with Customers (internal and external) and Suppliers. – Ensuring any site quality non conformances / issues are managed and closed out. – Ensuring Supplier quality arrangements are reviewed and approved / acceptance in accordance with site / project requirements, including Customer approvals. – Monitoring progress against the site quality arrangements, identifying areas of concern to the overall project and where necessary escalate to Line Management. – Liaising with Custo…
