We are currently partnering with an international public transport organisation, who are looking for an Early Careers Consultant to join the team on an interim basis. 6 month FTC, working via Morson HR Outsourcing team but dedicated to the client. 3 days on site, 2 working from home. London based. ASAP start!

What you will be doing?

  • Creating an Early Careers EVP and attraction programme through development of partnerships, with a specific focus on gender diversity.
  • Attend events to support attraction and create awareness of the companies graduate programme.
  • Design the programme structure and formalise rotation schedule.
  • Implement a cohesive and seamless recruitment journey to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Establish inclusive assessment processes to identify top talent, aligned with business values.
