My client is a leading global investment organisation seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to join a growing Business Applications team. The organisation operates across emerging markets, delivering high-impact investments in infrastructure and development projects. Technology is central to this mission, and the business is continuing to expand its Dynamics and Power Platform capability to support complex, data-driven decision-making.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a major strategic programme, including the development of a bespoke Climate Research & Risk Assessment platform that supports investment decision-making for large-scale infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team environment where innovation, continuous learning, and adoption of new Microsoft technologies are actively encouraged.

The MS Dynamics Developer is expected to:

  • Design, develop, and support custom solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
  • Contribute to the delivery of a bespoke Climate Research & Risk Assessment platform built within Dynamics 365.
  • Develop, review, and maintain custom code using C# and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Own and manage the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform backlog, balancing project delivery with BAU support and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and offshore developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform and AI-enabled capabilities.

The successful MS Dynamics Developer will possess:

  • Financial Services, Investment Management, Private Equity or other regulated environment experience is essential.
  • 5+ years' experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • A strong development background with hands-on experience in C# .NET and Dynamics customisation.
  • Proven experience delivering custom Dynamics solutions beyond configuration and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and modern development practices.
  • A strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance within Microsoft environments.
