Job Description β Credit Controller
Rates β Β£20-Β£25 per hour
37.5 hours per week
Location β Birmingham
Duration β 6 months
Remote, days in office β once trained minimum 5 days in the office per month
Our client are a global engineering and design consultancy that specialise in projects across a range of sectors.
They currently require a Credit Controller to join their team in Birmingham.
Responsibilities
- Drive effective cash collection.
- Interact effectively with clients, capturing status of items.
- Build trusted relationships with internal contacts in order to liaise over payment issues.
- Assist cash team with allocation queries
- Identify and comply with Arcadis policies & procedures.
- Monitor business processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maximise cash collection, improving DRO
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven record in delivering cash targets.
- Consistent high standards and methodical.
- Highly motivated.
- Excel / ERP to a medium proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence to interact effectively with clients/internally.
- Effective time management skills.
