Contract Coordinator Duration: 12 months+ Location: Wednesbury  Hybrid working: 4 days in the office initially, reducing to 3 after 2 months Pay rate: £25 – £28 p/h Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm (30 minutes lunch) Our client is a leading telecommunications business who supply services to a variety of sectors, including Highways. They currently require a Contract Coordinator to join their team based in Wednesbury, Sandwell to provide administrative support to their contract managers on a variety of projects across the West Midlands. Responsibilities: To provide Administrative Support, fault coordination, engineer tasking and day to day administration support Liaise with Customers and Engineers on a daily basis Good telephone manner General Office Processes & Procedures Work as part of a team Ability to work towards KPI’s and strict SLA’s Experience: IT skills such as Word Excel and PowerPoint Experience of Oracle desirable First Aid at Work Monitor faults and trends Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Knowledge of Fault Management Systems Liaise with Engineers to issue faults and receive repair details Liaise with Third Party companies to arrange works Experience working on a faults management system (desirable) For more information on this role, please contact Scarlet Wilson
