Morson Talent are working with a leading F1 team to recruit various Composite Laminators to join their team and contribute to the success of their team. Location: Oxfordshire Hours/Shift: Weeked shifts 07:30 – 18:30 Contract Length: Inital 3 months, with the oppotunity to move to a rolling contract Rate:£28.50 PAYE + holiday pay //£39.03 UMB Job Description: As a Composite Laminator, you will play a critical role in the production of advanced composite components for F1 & motorsport applications. Key Responsibilities: Prepare composite materials and moulds for lamination. Hand lay-up of pre-preg composite materials. Ensure the correct orientation and number of plies for each component. Vacuum bag components and check for leaks. Qualifications/Experience: Proven experience as a Composite Laminator within the motorsport, F1 or related industries. Familiarity with composite materials and processes. Proficiency in composite layup techniques and autoclave processes. Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, defect-free components. Attention to detail and the ability to work with high precision in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read technical drawings. Ability to work to deadlines
