- Partner with stakeholders across underwriting, operations, and technology functions within an Agile delivery environment.
The successful Senior Data Analyst will possess:
- 5-10 years’ experience within Data Analytics, BI, or Reporting-focused roles.
- Experience within a Lloyd’s syndicate, managing agent, London Market broker, or specialty (re)insurer.
- Advanced SQL and Power BI expertise, including DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and dashboard development.
- Experience working with Azure-based data environments such as Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, or Fabric.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capability, particularly within underwriting or commercial insurance functions.
- Experience delivering analytics solutions within highly regulated or complex enterprise environments.
- Understanding of Power BI governance, deployment pipelines, semantic modelling, and analytics engineering best practice.
- Experience mentoring junior analysts or supporting wider team capability development.
