This is a pivotal role at the helm of a company delivering smart, data-driven solutions to clients across industries including logistics, insurance, utilities, and public services. With a strong focus on digital transformation and operational excellence, the business is on an exciting growth trajectory — and looking for the right leader to accelerate it.

As Chief Executive Officer, you will:
? Set and deliver a long-term strategic vision aligned to growth, innovation, and customer success
? Lead a high-performing team across all business areas – from Product to Sales, Operations, and Finance
? Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and inclusion
? Take full ownership of business performance, including P&L, forecasting, and commercial targets
? Champion collaboration across regional and cross-functional teams
? Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise value creation
? Guide product and service development to meet evolving customer needs and market demands

? A proven executive with experience scaling or transforming a tech or software-led business
? Commercially driven with a strong grasp of financials and P&L responsibility
? Background in digital services, SaaS, or data-led innovation is highly desirable
? Strong communicator with the ability to align and inspire teams at every level
? High emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to thrive in complex, fast-changing environments
? Experience leading distributed or global teams

• Senior leadership within technology, software, or digital sectors would be an advantage, although B2B environments would be consider.

• Experience in executive or GM-level roles with full cross-functional oversight
