I'm working with a well-established main dealer group to recruit a Local Business Development Manager for their Brentford location. This role is ideal for a commercially minded automotive professional with experience in fleet, LCV, or B2B sales.

You will be responsible for developing relationships with local businesses, SMEs, and fleet operators, managing new and existing accounts across passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles (LCVs). The product range includes EVs, hybrids, and next-generation hydrogen vans—so there’s plenty to talk about with clients looking to modernise or scale their fleets.

Key responsibilities:
  • B2B sales of passenger and commercial vehicles to local clients
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with businesses and fleet operators
  • Working closely with aftersales, fleet, and conversion partners to deliver end-to-end service
  • Identifying new business opportunities and managing inbound site traffic
We’re looking for:
  • A strong track record in automotive fleet, LCV sales, or aftersales B2B
  • Someone confident dealing with business clients and fleet procurement teams
  • A self-starter who thrives in a relationship-building environment
What’s on offer:
  • £35,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission with OTE around £50,000+
  • Company car from day one + business mileage
  • Monday–Friday working (no weekends!)
  • Benefits including 25 days’ holiday, pension with life assurance, subsidised car scheme (after 3 months), employee discounts, and more

There’s real scope here to grow your pipeline and earnings, backed by a strong dealership and a modern, in-demand vehicle line up.
